Managing Director – Vincent International Project Services
Managing Director of Vincent International Project Services, with 44+ years across Australia, China, Hong Kong, Thailand, the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the Philippines. FAIQS, CQS, FRICS and a broad set of chartered designations, specialising over 26 years in contract & claims management, dispute resolution and project management. At the semi nar he will walk through case studies on the procurement impacts of design changes and regional conflicts, and methodologies for claims preparation.

FRICS, MAIQS, CQS; BSc (Hons) QS, University of Reading. Serves on the RICS South East Asia Regional Advisory Board and the AQST Management Committee, and is an APC assessor for RICS, AIQS and AQST.
Mr. Sam Lu

Sam Lu is Business Development Senior Manager at Italthai Engineering Co., Ltd., with extensive experience in business development, project strategy and commercial coordination for major construction, MEP infrastructure, data center and mission-critical projects in Thailand and across the region.
His work spans the project lifecycle from early-stage opportunity development and tender strategy through commercial negotiation, procurement coordination and project award. Working closely with developers, consultants, main contractors, specialist subcontractors, manufacturers and technology partners, Sam has practical experience navigating complex scope interfaces, evolving technical requirements, long-lead equipment, supply-chain constraints and changing market conditions.
He brings a contractor-side perspective on balancing commercial competitiveness with procurement risk, programme certainty and ultimately the ability to deliver.
