Sr. Mandy Ng

Director of Beria Consultants Ltd.

Sr. Mandy Ng is currently a Director of Beria Consultants Ltd. and Vice Chairman of HKIS QSD 2024-2025

Sr. Mandy Ng graduated from the University of Hong Kong. She has over 20 years of experience with Consultants’ Quantity Surveying firms responsible for all aspects of quantity surveying and cost management duties for residential, commercial, institutional, hospitality, renovation and fitting-out projects in Hong Kong and Mainland China. Her specialization includes cost management for MIC projects and data center projects in Hong Kong and the Mainland, and some mega-sized mixed-use property development projects in the mainland.
